CC-DB coalition co-leaders Kiril Petkov and Atanas Atanasov met with residents of Vidin on Friday as part of the party's election campaign.

Together with the local branch of the coalition, they gave out saplings to local people. "In the spirit of the symbol of our campaign, the sapling is embodying our vision of a growing and prosperous Bulgaria. This is how we sent a strong message that caring for Bulgaria is our shared responsibility," said the party's press centre.

The party emphasized that it has the ambition to be the top political force in Vidin in the upcoming parliamentary elections, and presented its commitment to the development of the region. The party's priorities include the continuation of the construction of the motorway linking Vidin and Botevgrad, the construction of tourist infrastructure in Vidin and the improvement of settlements, said top-of-the-list candidate Lyuben Ivanov.

"Our plan to take care of everyone in Bulgaria includes raising incomes, supporting young families, access to quality healthcare, improving the quality of, and access to, education and supporting Bulgarian business," the party added.
