The Council of Ministers Tuesday approved a report by the Defence Minister on a draft international agreement (Letter of Offer and Acceptance - LOA) BU-P-LBI on Procurement of Communications Security Equipment under the US Foreign Military Sales Programme,and decided to authorize an official to conduct negotiations and sign the contract subject to subsequent ratification by the National Assembly.
