According to him, criminal groups that take state orders are protected by the state at the highest level. "There is a developed criminality that is needed by the government when the elections come to ensure they take power again. Some people sell their vote, but another part which is more dangerous are those who are angry with the state because they don't vote," Mihaylov said.
