Hemus Motorway reopened for traffic after a stretch of it was closed on July 14 due to dense smoke from a fire near the village of Slanchevo, said the police in Varna

Two men, aged 41 and 46,  have been arrested for causing the fire. Police said that they have records for previous crimes. An investigation continues.
