Ivaylo Tzenov has been nominated as Minister of Foreign Affairs in the caretaker Cabinet of Dimitar Glavchev.
He served for 15 years as consul in Vienna and is well-connected with the Austrian government, said Glavchev as he announced his government lineup proposal.
He headed the Consular Service of the Bulgarian Embassy in Vienna.
