February 24: Mostly sunny in western Bulgaria before noon, considerable cloud cover in the afternoon. Low cloud in the lowlands in eastern Bulgaria before noon, mostly sunny in the afternoon. Wind, up to moderate, south-southwesterly. Highs: 16-21 C, around 16 C in Sofia.

The Black Sea coast: Sunny. Low cloud or fog in some places in the morning, scattered clouds in the afternoon. Wind, light to moderate, south-southwesterly. Highs: 15-19 C. Temperatures will be lower north of Varna. Sea water temperature: 7-8 C.

The mountains: Increasing cloud in western Bulgaria, with almost no precipitation. Considerable cloud in the morning hours in the east, mostly sunny in the afternoon. Moderate southwesterly wind. Highs: around 10 C at 1,200 m, around 3C at 2,000 m.

February 25: Considerable cloud over western Bulgaria, with possible light rain showers in isolated places and light snow on the highest parts of the Rila and Pirin Mountains. Light east-southeasterly wind.

Cloud thickening and lowering in eastern Bulgaria, no rain showers. Moderate south-southwesterly wind. Warm for the season. Lows: 5-10 C. Highs: 12-13 C, up to 20 C in some places in Central Danubian Plain.
