Mostly cloudy. Rain showers in many places, mostly in southwestern Bulgaria. Strong southerly wind over the eastern half of the country, weak to moderate in the west. Lows: between 5C and 10C, about 6C in Sofia. Highs: between 12C and 17C, about 12C in Sofia.  

The Black Sea coast: Mostly cloudy with rain showers. Strong southerly wind. Highs: between 13C and 17C. Seawater temperature: 7C-9C. Sea waves: 3-4 degrees Douglas. 

The mountains: Cloudy with snow showers. Considerable snowfall in the Rila-Rhodope region. Strong southwesterly wind before noon, moderate northwesterly in the afternoon. Highs: at 1,200 metres about 6C, at 2,000 metres about 0C.
