The state money is at rock bottom at the moment, so [Finance Minister] Assen Vassilev cleverly asked - and we agreed - to postpone the [adoption of the] budget until after the [local] elections," GERB leader Boyko Borissov said in Haskovo on Wednesday, commenting on the eventual adoption of the 2024 State Budget Act.
