site.btaPresident Radev to Take Part in Commemoration of Thracian Bulgarians

President Rumen Radev will participate Saturday in a commemoration dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the Destruction of the Thracian Bulgarians, the head of State's press secretariat said. The ceremony will take place at 11 am in Madzharovo, Eastern Rhodopes.

During his visit to Madzharovo, he will visit an exhibition, which was organized by the Union of Thracian Societies in Bulgaria and the Institute of Thracology and is dedicated to the anniversary of the Destruction of the Thracian Bulgarians and the 120th anniversary of the Ilinden–Preobrazhenie Uprising.

The commemoration is organized by the Union of Thracian Societies in Bulgaria and Madzharovo Municipality under the honorary patronage of the President.
