Bulgaria and Vietnam signed five documents on cooperation at the National Assembly on Monday. A Vietnamese parliamentary delegation led by Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue is paying a visit to Bulgaria at the invitation of Parliament Chairman Rosen Zhelyazkov.
