Hayredin Municipality is likely to declare a partial state of emergency in the coming hours, Mayor Todor Alexiev told BTA on Saturday. The reason is that a phased release of the Ogosta dam near Montana has begun and the water will greatly raise the level of the already full Ogosta river, which runs near the municipal center.
