President Rumen Radev signed Friday the decrees on the appointment of new ambassadors to Slovenia and the Holy See, which were also gazetted.

Krassimir Bozhanov will replace Mladen Chervenyakov as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Republic of Slovenia.

By another decree, the President relieved Bogdan Patashev of his duties as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Holy See at the Vatican. He will be replaced by Konstantin Kodzhabashev.

The State Gazette of June 6 features the presidential decrees relieving Bulgaria's ambassadors to Israel and Moldova of their duties and appointing the new chiefs of missions there. Bulgarian Ambassador to Israel Rumyana Bachvarova will hand over the post to Slavena Gergova, while Bulgaria's Ambassador to Moldova Evgeni Stoychev will be replaced by Maya Dobreva.
