site.btaBulgaria to Join European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats
Hybrid CoE is founded in 2017 in Helsinki by Finland and is open to EU and NATO member states to join it. It is co-founded by the UK, Germany, USA, France, Poland, Sweden, Lithuania and Latvia. A total of 33 countries are currently members, with Bulgaria being the only EU Member State yet to join. Hybrid CoE’s main goal is to build capacity in the member countries to prevent and counter hybrid threats by exchanging good practices, drafting recommendations and outlining new ideas and approaches.
