Three Bulgarian ministers from the incumbent caretaker government, of foreign affairs, of the interior, and of justice – Nikolay Milkov, Ivan Demerdzhiev and Krum Zarkov, held a video conference during which they set forth arguments in favour of Bulgaria's accession to the border-free Schengen Area to a joint meeting of the committees of foreign affairs, and of justice and security, and the select committee for European affairs, of the Second Chamber of the Parliament of the Netherlands, Zarkov said in a Facebook post on Thursday.
