An official ceremony was held on Tuesday at which President Rumen Radev conferred the Horseman of Madara Order, First Class, to German Ambassador in Bulgaria Christoph Eichhorn, in recognition of Ambassador Eichhorn's considerable effort in strengthening and developing the bilateral relations. At the ceremony Radev said that this country highly values and relies on Germany's assistance in achieving Bulgaria's foreign policy priorities, including accession to the border-free Schengen Area, the Eurozone, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
