Meeting on Thursday, Bulgaria's Central Election Commission (CEC) adopted the list of candidates elected to the 48th National Assembly on October 2, 2022 on account of the preferences received, broken down by candidate list and by constituency.

The 26 candidates for Parliament who were elected in two constituencies have one day to inform the CEC in writing of the constituency in which they wish to be considered elected. In case any such candidate misses the deadline, the CEC will declare them elected in the constituency in which their candidacy was registered earlier. The precedence will depend on the date and time of publication on the website of the constituency election commission of its decision on registration of the candidate list concerned.

Of a total of 6,624 candidates in the early parliamentary elections, 1,297 stood simultaneously in two constituencies (the maximum number admissible).
