Regional governor of Plovdiv Angel Stoev said at a briefing in the Council of Ministers Wednesday that currently, in the municipality of Karlovo, there are five villages without water supply and three villages with partial electricity supply. The Council of Minister meeting was at the invitation of caretaker Prime Minister Galab Donev and included Karlovo mayor Emil Kabaivanov, Kaloyanovo mayor Viktoria Mihailova and the mayor of Maritsa municipality Dimitar Ivanov.
