Bulgaria's Parliament Friday voted, 170-37 with 21 abstentions, to pass a draft resolution, moved by Hristo Ivanov MP of Democratic Bulgaria, mandating the outgoing Cabinet to approve the Negotiating Framework and Council Conclusions proposed by the French EU Council Presidency subject to four conditions.
