site.btaState to Provide Building, Funding to Office of European Delegated Prosecutors in Bulgaria

Bulgaria is fulfilling its commitment under the EU regulation on the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) and will provide funding, equipment, office and everything necessary for the work and duties of the European delegated prosecutors, Justice Minister Nadezhda Yordanova told a briefing on Wednesday after the regular weekly meeting of the government. Yordanova said that the government has approved draft amendments to the Judicial Power Act intended to support the work of the European delegated prosecutors in Bulgaria.
