Bulgaria exports weapons and dual use goods to over 60 countries but Ukraine is not among them, and it has not been since the signing of the Minsk agreements in 2015, Deputy Prime Minister and Economy and Industry Minister Korneliya Ninova said during question time in Parliament on Friday.
