April 26 (BTA) - The Supreme Administrative Court received a complaint against the Central
Election Commission's choice of voting machines suppliers, the Supreme Court said Friday in a press release.

The complaint was lodged Thursday by the Bulgarian Voting Machines company and the case was scheduled for April 30. The company was eliminated from the public procurement for renting
3,000 devices for electronic machine voting, as the procedure was won by Ciela Norma.

A quarter of Bulgarian polling stations, located in 31 regions total, will provide machine voting, which was funded with 7.5 million leva. A single machine might last for as long as 15 years. The local elections in the autumn will require the provision of 6,000 machines.

April 26 is the official start of the election campaign for the European Parliament elections on May 26.
