President Radev Calls on Politicians
to Focus on People, Not
Parties' Internal Affairs


May 31 (BTA) - President Rumen Radev Friday called on politicians to focus on the people, and not on political parties' internal affairs. When their focus is directed at the public processes of use to Bulgarian children, the parties will not have such internal problems, the head of State told journalists after being asked to comment on the recent resignations of Socialist leader Kornelia Ninova and GERB Deputy Chair Tsvetan Tsvetanov.

Radev was in Kurdzhali at the invitation of the Petko R. Slaveykov secondary school on the occasion of the school year's end.

"We should support Bulgarian schools and do more for them than what the Bulgarian politicians are currently doing," he said during his visit to the school.
