Valery Simeonov:
So far there is No Indication that
the United Patriots Will Dissolve

Sofia, June 5 (BTA) - National Front for the Salvation of Bulgaria (NFSB) party leader Valeri Simeonov told journalists at the National Assembly Tuesday that he has no information that VMRO wants a revision of their coalition agreement. "I don't know what can even be reviewed in the coalition agreement, it consists only of three or four points. It declares the will of the coalition participants regarding the government, the way in which decisions are made and what is to be done when there is no consensus," Simeonov noted. "There is nothing that can be changed. It is a whole another matter that the management program needs some adjustments," he added, without specifying.

"We do not talk every day, we talk about work, we have no family relations," said Simeonov in a response to a question about the frequency of contact between his party and other parties in the United Patriots Coalition.

Election results are still being analyzed, noted Simeonov, adding that the Coalition parties will meet and discuss all of the issues in due time. The NFSB leader said that so far, there is no indication that the United Patriots parliamentary group will dissolve or turn into something new. "It is not within my competence to comment on the relationship between the VMRO party and the Ataka party," added Simonov.

Prime Minister Boyko Borissov said to journalists on Tuesday that at any time coalition partners want a Coalition Council, it may be convened. LY/DT
