The Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association (BICA) has officially become part of the Pact for Skills, an initiative of the European Commission aimed at mobilizing joint efforts for quality investment in the upskilling and reskilling of Europe's workforce, BICA said on Monday.

Pact for Skills is a platform that brings together organisations, companies and institutions to create new opportunities to develop skills and competencies across industry sectors. BICA will play an active role in promoting the initiative and contributing to the improvement of training processes and workforce skills in Bulgaria.

By joining the Pact, BICA is committed to help promote training and reskilling of employees in various sectors, while sharing best practices and resources with other platform members.
