On Wednesday, Parliament will have to choose between four candidates as it tries to elect its leader. It will be the fourth attempt in two weeks.

GERB-UDF reconfirmed the nomination of Raya Nazaryan and called to wisdom and responsible attitude, so that Parliament can start normal work.

Vazrazhdane nominated Petar Petrov, again. Party leader Kostadin Kostadinov said he is the logical choice but was skeptical that there will be support from the other groups.

There Is Such a People put forward again the nomination of Silvi Kirilov, the oldest among the MPs and reiterated that he should hold the top office in the legislature until a majority is formed to elect a new leader.

BSP-United Left nominated again MP and constitutional law professor Natalia Kisselova.

The Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria (CC-DB) coalition withdrew the nomination of Andrey Tsekov. CC said they would back Silvi Kirilov an DB said they would abstain.
