site.btaVarna Naval Academy Welcomes Romanian Students for 2024/25 Academic Year

The first foreign cadets for the 2024/2025 academic year arrived at the Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy in Varna, said the educational institution on Monday. At an official welcoming ceremony, the Romanian national flag was raised for the 12 young men and women from the Mircea cel Batran Naval Academy, who will study in Varna under the Erasmus programme during the new academic year.

In August, the Naval Academy accepted its new class of 55 cadets, who were welcomed by the director of the Academy, Admiral Prof. Boyan Mednikarov. He noted that in the coming months and years, the students will learn to overcome new challenges and acquire many new skills, adding that the young people will study the most modern technologies in the naval environment.
