“The elections proceeded in a fair and transparent manner, which was the main task of the caretaker government,” Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev told a news briefing media in Berlin, quoted by the government’s information service. The Prime Minister said that the good organization was confirmed by a PACE mission, which was in Bulgaria to observe the elections to the National Assembly and the European Parliament. Glavchev expressed the hope that soon there will be a regular government and a stable parliament that will serve out their full term. He said that this is a matter of negotiations between the political forces in the National Assembly. 

Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev is in Berlin on Tuesday to participate in a Ukraine Recovery Conference. This is the third forum, after Lugano and London, and a conference is to be held in Italy. "All of us want to show our support for Ukraine in every aspect, every country - to the extent that we can," the Prime Minister said ahead of the event.
