The increase in pensions and scheduling an extraordinary sitting of the National Assembly will be discussed by Parliament’s presiding body, which convenes Friday at 10:30 am, said BSP leader Korneliya Ninova at a meeting with citizens in Bansko.
According to her, BSP will attend Friday’s meeting to state their position. "Pensions should be increased by 11, not 10%. But GERB-UDF and CC-DB are again going to deceive pensioners about how much they care about them. (...) Whatever is done piecemeal, thousands of pensioners will live below the poverty line until the issue is resolved in general by recalculating. And this has already happened - only during the rule of the BSP", Ninova commented, quoted by the party’s press centre.
