Three-time European women's doubles champions Stefani Stoeva and Gabriela Stoeva Thursday made it to the quarterfinals of the European Badminton Championships in Saarbrucken, the last qualifier for the Paris Olympic Games.

The No. 3 seed Bulgarians won against Spain's Paula Lopez and Lucia Rodriguez 21:15, 21:8 in 32 minutes after dominating the whole match.

On Friday, their next opponents will be the winners of the match between Linda Efler and Isabel Lohau (Germany) and Serena Au Yeong and Katharina Hochmeir (Austria).
