The Council of Ministers adopted a decision here Wednesday on the proposal to the National Assembly for ratification of the Cooperation Agreement concluded between the Vienna Economic Forum (VEF) and InvestBulgaria Agency (IBA). The Agreement will help to promote investment opportunities in Bulgaria through participation in VEF activities.
