The rotation will be implemented in March, the process is discussed openly, transparently and predictably enough, National Assembly Chair Rosen Zhelyazkov told journalists in Blagoevgrad, where he is attending a party meeting of GERB at regional level.

He said he could not comment on the President's decision not to go to the swearing-in of new constitutional judges Desislava Atanasova and Borislav Belazelkov, which took place on Friday. "This is his decision, I cannot comment on the presidential institution," Zhelyazkov said.

He also said that he did not expect the President to delay the rotation procedure in the government. "There are no grounds for such a thing," Zhelyazkov noted.

Asked when the Zheleznitsa tunnel on the Struma motorway would be ready, the Parliament Chair said it should have been done more than two years ago. "On this issue, address the Minister of Regional Development and the Road Infrastructure Agency. We have long expected traffic to increase and the tunnel to be opened, but this is a partial solution. The big solution will be when the gorge is opened, but we do not see that in the medium term," Rosen Zhelyazkov said.
