site.bta161 New COVID-19 Cases in Bulgaria

July 3 (BTA) - A total of 161 Bulgarians tested positive for the coronavirus in 3,155 PCR tests in the past 24 hours, according to the national COVID-19 information portal. The largest number of infections were confirmed in Sofia 49, Varna and Veliko Turnovo 15 each.

The total cases in Bulgaria are 5,315, of which 2,281 are active and 2,802 are recoveries. Eighty recoveries were registered in the past 24 hours. The hospitalized patients are 443, including 31 in intensive care. There were no fatalities in the past 24 hours. As at July 2, the fatalities were 232. The infected health workers are 424. RI/DD
