Rainfall expected to turn into snow in Northeastern Bulgaria in the morning, as well as in the rest of the country in the afternoon. Moderate northerly-northeasterly wind, at times strong in East Bulgaria. Highs: 5C to 8C, around 2C in Sofia.

Black Sea coast: Cloudy with rainfall. Moderate to strong northerly-northeasterly wind. Highs: 4C to 5C. Sea water temperature: 9C to 10C. Sea waves height: 2 to 3 degrees Douglas.

The mountains: Cloudy with snow. Moderate to strong northerly-northwesterly wind, which will turn to northeasterly later in the day. Highs: around 2C at 1,200 metres, around minus 1C at 2,000 metres.
