President Rumen Radev cabled condolences to Libya's Presidential Council Chairman Mohamed al-Menfi over the thousands of victims of the devastating floods in the eastern parts of that country, Radev's Press Secretariat reported here on Tuesday.

The Bulgarian head of State expresses his most sincere condolences to the families of the victims and injured by the natural disaster and wishes a quick recovery from the material damages caused by the floods.
