Democratic Bulgaria (DB) co-chair Hristo Ivanov pointed out from the parliamentary rostrum on Tuesday that the newly established Cabinet is, for all intents and purposes, a caretaker cabnet, voted in by Parliament. "It is important to understand its political limitations," Ivanov addeed, explaining that it should be seen as a means of providing the necessary time.
