Bulgaria Sufficiently Prepared for Schengen Accession, Spanish Interior Minister Says
Bulgaria is sufficiently prepared and has Spain's full support for its accession as a full member of the Schengen area, which will be even stronger and more secure when the country joins, said Spanish Interior Minister Fernando Grande-Marlaska on Thursday at a joint press conference with Bulgarian Interior Minister Ivan Demerdzhiev in Sofia before a working meeting between the two at the Ministry's building.
