Conditions in the mountains are relatively good for hiking and skiing, the Mountain Rescue Service (MRS) told BTA on Wednesday. In the higher parts of the Balkan Mountains the weather is foggy with moderate wind, not particularly pleasant. Elsewhere it is quiet and cloudy with good conditions for hiking.
