The National Assembly adopted here on Wednesday a bill ratifying the addendum to the Loan Agreement between the European Union, as lender, and the Republic of Bulgaria, as borrower, under the European instrument for temporary Support to mitigate Unemployment Risks in an Emergency (SURE). The bill was tabled by the Council of Ministers.
