site.btaPresident Rumen Radev Holds Bilateral Meeting With Polish Counterpart Andrzej Duda

July 9 (BTA) - The states participating in the Three Seas
 Initiative (3SI) should work for common standards of quality,
reliability, safety and sustainability at the implementation of
joint infrastructure projects to achieve connectivity in the
region, President Rumen Radev said at his meeting Friday with
Polish President Andrzej Duda. The meeting was part of the Sixth
 Summit of the Three Seas Initiative, the presidential Press
Secretariat said.
   
The sides underscored the significance of the 3SI presidential
platform and its priorities of connectivity as a real and
working instrument for promoting the growth and modernization of
 the participating states.
   
On the matter of bilateral relations, the presidents noted the
good economic partnership, as well as the potential for its
further development in various areas such as agriculture and
food industry, industrial cooperation and defence industry.
Radev and Duda also discussed the possibility of deepening
cooperation in using and upgrading railway passenger and cargo
