During the International Transport Forum Annual Summit in Leipzig Deputy Transport Minister Vladimir Varbanov said that provisions of the Mobility Package 1 have negative economic effects on road transport in the EU. He was speaking at a roundtable on Global Transport and the War in Ukraine, the Transport Ministry said.
