Bulgarian Red Cross Launches Fund-raising Campaign for Refugees

Sofia, September 25 (BTA) - The Bulgarian Red Cross (BRC)
announced on Friday that it is launching a campaign to raise
money for refugees.

The campaign is in response to an appeal by the Red Cross and
the Red Crescent Movement to encourage solidarity and empathy
with refugees and for their humane treatment. The campaigns also
 collects signatures through an online petition.

Donations are made via texting 1466 at a cost of 1 lev per
message for all mobile providers, placing a call at 0900 5 12 55
 for Vivacom subscribers, online through the BRC website or
making transfers to BG06UNCR UNCRBGSF UniCredit Bulbank.
