Two Wounded in Monday's Shooting in Sofia

Sofia, December 8 (BTA) - Two men were wounded in a shooting on Sofia's Cherni Vruh Blvd. late on Monday afternoon.

Shots were reported on the emergency number 112 shortly before 6 p.m., the Interior Ministry said. Two men with a criminal record of robbery and causing bodily injury, aged 21 and 30, are in hospital in stable condition. They were shot by the security guard of the perimeter of an office who said he had been provoked.

The shooter was arrested.
