Bulgarian-Chinese Company Starts Building Animal Feed Plant in NE Bulgaria

Dobrich, Northeastern Bulgaria, December 29 (BTA) - A Bulgarian-Chinese company starts building an animal feed plant in the industrial area of the northeastern town of Dobrich. The first sod will be turned on January 7, 2016, said the management of Bulgaria Tianshinong Feed Co OOD.

The company has already obtained a Class B investment certificate, which ensures faster administrative services, an option for acquisition of title or limited rights over real estates on properties at preferential terms, and financial assistance from the government for staff training.

The initial investment in the plant will be some 5 million leva. The new plant will export some 300,000 t of concentrated feed to China a year. The feed will be produced according to Chinese recipes.

It will operate round-the-clock on a four-shifts basis and has a capacity to employ some 90 workers.

The new animal feed producer will purchase grain from the Dobrich area and the nearby Varna, Rousse, Silistra and Shoumen districts.
