Armed Men Steal Lv 6,000 from Supermarket Chain Store in Sofia

Sofia, February 28 (BTA) - Nearly 6,000 leva were stolen in an armed robbery at a supermarket chain store near Sofia's ring road at 10 pm on Saturday.

Four masked men fired shots at the store's service entrance. In the room there were three women. Staff in the store area remained unaware.

In 2009, nearly 2 million leva were stolen from another store of the same supermarket chain, when robbers got access through the service entrance as well.
