Vesselin Mareshki: In Second Round, "I Will Most Probably Vote for Tsacheva with Disgust"
Sofia, November 6 (BTA) - In the second round of the presidential elections, I will most probably vote for Tsetska Tsacheva "with disgust," independent candidate Vesselin Mareshki said on Nova Television, asked whether he would call on his supporters to back Tsacheva or Rumen Radev. "I cannot possibly lend support to representatives of the status quo, but I can express my personal opinion about whom I find more disgusting, and this is the pair of General Rumen Radev and Iliana Iotova," Mareshki commented, referring to the presidential and vice presidential candidate backed by the Bulgarian Socialist Party.
"If these elections were not rigged, I wouldn't have placed fourth but would have performed better," the independent candidate said. He argued that the opinion polls demotivated people, telling them that he stood no chances at all in the presidential elections.
