Bulgarian Man Will Go on Motorcycle Tour along Silk Route

Sofia, May 26 (BTA) - Bulgarian Rousko Rouskov will go on a motorcycle tour along the Silk Route.

Beginning on May 28, he will travel through Turkey, Iran, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Russia and Georgia. The notorious Door to Hell and the Pamir Highway, one of the highest mountainous roads, are some of the challenges during the two-month-long trip, which will cover between 17,000 and 20,000 km. Rouskov told a BTA-hosted news briefing that he will pass through four deserts where temperatures run as high as 50C during the day, and plummet to minus 6C at night in parts on the Pamir Highway.

Rouskov is a 3D artist in charge of the 3D team at Chaos Group, a Bulgarian company which received an Academy Award in February for its contribution to the development of V-Ray technology in the motion picture industry.
