Sofia, January 17 (BTA) - German Chancellor Angela Merkel will pay a one-day working visit to Sofia on January 20 at the invitation of Prime Minister Boyko Borissov, the government information service said Wednesday.

The two will discuss the priorities of the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union and current political issues.
