site.btaPrime Minister Borissov Holds Meeting with Business Representatives, Trade Unions

Sofia, June 16 (BTA) - Prime Minister Boyko Borissov Tuesday
held a meeting with the national representative organizations of
 the business and with trade unions, the Government Information
Service said. The talks focused on the economic and social
measures for overcoming the consequences of the COVID-19-caused
crisis on which a consensus has been reached between the social
partners within the National Council for Tripartite Cooperation.

The participants in the meeting also discussed a bill settling
the relations connected to personal accounts for dematerialized
securities kept in the central register of securities by Central
 Depository AD. Another item on the agenda was a national
tripartite agreement on key topics for speeding up Bulgaria's
economic development. The document will be signed on June 17
before the regular meeting of the Council of Ministers.

Attending Tuesday's meeting were representatives of the
Confederation of Independent Trade Unions in Bulgaria, the
Podkrepa Confederation of Labour, the Bulgarian Industrial
Association, the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists
in Bulgaria, the Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association, and
the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The meeting was
also attended by Deputy Prime Ministers Tomislav Donchev and
Mariayana Nikolova, Finance Minister Vladislav Goranov, Economy
Minister Emil Karanikolov, and Labour and Social Policy Minister
 Denitsa Sacheva.
