Gabriela Yordanova to Sing for Bulgaria in Junior Eurovision Song Contest
Sofia, September 9 (BTA) - After six heats, four semifinals, and
the live final on Tuesday, Bulgaria has chosen its singer for
Junior Eurovision 2015, Gabriela Yordanova.
Gabriela and Ivan Stoyanov were awarded equal points but
Gabriela won the tie-break as she scored more points on the
public vote.
The first Junior Eurovision Song Contest (JESC) took place in
Copenhagen (Denmark) on November 15, 2003 and was an instant
international hit. Since then it has taken place in Lillehammer
(Norway), Hasselt (Belgium), Bucharest (Romania), Rotterdam (The
Netherlands), Lemesos (Cyprus), Kyiv (Ukraine) twice, Minsk
(Belarus), Yerevan (Armenia), Amsterdam (The Netherlands), and
Malta.
In 2015, the 13th edition of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest
will be held in Sofia.
