Sofia, June 1 (BTA) - Bulgaria's good cooperation and friendly relations with Israel were highlighted in a telephone conversation between the two countries' prime ministers, Boyko Borissov and Benjamin Netanyahu, the press office of the Bulgarian government reported on Thursday.

Borissov and Netanyahu expressed their shared appreciation for the development of the two countries' relations in the traditional spirit of mutual trust and partnership.

Netanyahu congratulated Borissov on his third term in office as Prime Minister and expressed full support for the new Bulgarian cabinet. The Israeli government leader hopes that he and Borissov will exchange visits shortly in order to continue the discussions on matters of mutual interest.

Netanyahu assured the Bulgarian Prime Minister that a site is being chosen for a future memorial for the rescue of the Bulgarian Jews from deportation to Nazi concentration camps during World War II. /PK/VE
